CloseIt ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Seogo Global Impact Ltd Co, based in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide when using closeit-ai-proposals.lovable.app and related services (the "Service").

- Account data: your name and email address when you sign up.
- Proposal content: client and service details you enter to generate proposals.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe (see section 4). We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, feature usage) via Plausible Analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices).
- To improve features and fix issues.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We only store a customer ID and subscription status returned by Stripe.
5. We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers required to operate CloseIt (e.g., Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider, analytics).
6. Data retention & security
Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing the contact below.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
